I am by no measure a professional artist although I felt I wish to give my honest opinion on this.

The line seems very rough, especially on her right horn (the left on the picture itself) as well as on the feet, where it seems a bit to thick to me.

I like the overall posture but it may have benefited from being rotated slightly further towards the camera so as to make it seem like less of a flat picture. The tail could also benefit from feeling a bit more dynamic and have some feeling of movement.

I quite like the smile, and the eyes as well as the overall picture itself although as I said earlier it seems a little bit to rough, but I guess your newer art shows that if you revisited this it would come out quite significantly better as both your postures, overall polish as well as the "dynamic" feeling of the characters are a lot better.
